Description of Work: Repaired a wobbly toilet, which required cutting down a floor drain that sat too high up off the floor. That meant, drain the toilet, pull toilet up off the floor, cut down the pipe, install new gasket, & wax ring, re-install toilet & clean up.

Description of Work: The below are a list of services that Jeff performed on our house: re-plumbed bathroom (sink, toilet, and tub), installed a new cast iron tub along with a tub valve, added a new hot water line to the bathroom sink, added 2-way cleanouts, re-plumbed the kitchen sink drain, added a water line for the fridge to have an ice machine, ran gas to our stove, made a t-line for the gas in case we want to hook up our fireplace later on, disconnected the rest of the old gas lines in the house, recessed our laundry hot/cold water lines back into the wall to obtain more space, added a new toilet flange to our leaking master bathroom toilet, and added new contacts and lines to our water heater which was put into a new custom size drain pan in order to fit our small hot water closet. Jeff was always looking out for what was best for the house... like adding new lines to the hot water heater, etc. He was awesome! Oh--and he also installed our gas range, dishwasher, faucet, hot water dispenser, bath faucet, sink faucet, and toliet...:) How's that for service.
