Plumber diagnosed the leak, showed us what was causing it, replaced damaged part that had been improperly installed and was causing water to leak from tub.

FANTASTIC! They came in, got to work, gave us a good finish project date, and even though the tile guy missed one day due to being sick, they are still right on time with finishing the project. My shower looks amazing and i WILL be calling them again for more services.

They show up when they say they will and keep their word. They provide a great service for reasonable prices.

Although some things went well with the project, too many problems occured. The skilled workers like electricians, carpenters, etc. were generally good at their jobs but they lacked supervision. We would describe to the project mgr what we wanted, and often appropriate instructions weren't relayed to those who actually performed the work. We couldn't communicate directly with the workers, so the lack of communication between supervisor and worker caused a lot of tearing out work and redoing it. We were often frustrated.

Restoration after water damage.  Perry properly explained the work to be done.  They arrived and did the work as scheduled.  Work was well done, top quality.  We will use them again.

He came out to the house and took the measurements to provide the estimate.  He stated to us at the very beginning that he would do what it took to keep us satisfied, a statement that he honored.  Throughout the project he did everything he reasonably could to satisfy our needs.
We provided the replacement double sink cabinet, medicine cabinet and the other cabinet.  He provided the granite top and allowed us to pick what we wanted it.  He painted and finished the new cabinets.  He took down the huge mirror in the bathroom, cut it and added a wood border that matched the cabinets we used.  
As the work progressed, he ran into issues that usually provide an avenue to add substantial additional costs to the project, which he did not.  He did everything he reasonably could to keep cost down and provide us affordable solutions.  The sink cabinet we bought had to be cut and adjusted, which he did and had the expertise to do.  I was very pleased with the work that he did regarding the cabinet.
Even after the work was completed for a week or so and after we had already paid him for the work, we found an issue.  When we contacted him, he immediately took care of it.  I was very happy and surprised with this very timely response.  it went beyond my expectations.
We are not the easiest people to deal with and are very demanding.  He handled our questions and request with professionalism and most important, results.
It's been almost a year since the work was done, and we are very happy with his work.

The painter was extremely neat & conscientious.  I am very picky about painting & he met my expectations.

I used the services of Four Seasons Restoration & All Needs Plumbing. If a friend or family member asked about their services, I would say that they are very good. I would use them again. I would absolutely use them again in the future if needed.

Insurance claim - probably could have repaired for much less money for similar quality.  Very responsive and professional.  Redid work that I was not pleased with.  Nice employees.

I've used this provider twice in the last month (for unrelated issues - I have an old house - random things go wrong with it). In both cases I've said that the situation was not an emergency but I've gotten next day service, so I can't imagine how fast it would be if I had a major problem. Both crews have been very friendly and respectful. They were also very fast - I happened to have a timer on for a sprinkler and they were here and gone in 30 minutes!
I've finally found a decent plumber - I would strongly suggest them!

All great... very pleased with how they reacted when I had questions/changed my mind on something/found something that wasn't 100%. The bids were reasonable and transparent -allowing me to pick & choose if I wanted to do some things myself. Thank you Kevin & crew (sorry so long to get this review in)

The entire project went very smooth. The owner, Mr. Hoover came out to provide the free estimate. He took all of the measurments and provided a detailed explanation of the steps involved in the project. The written estimate was provided to me by email. After reviewing the estimate I contacted him for explanations of a few minor details. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provided addtional detail pricing so that I was able to reconcile all figures. Once we agreed to move forward with the project, we scheduled  the date and the time. The workes arrived promptly at the appointed time.They took all of the necessary precautions to protect the property during the entire project. At the end of each day the entire work area was cleaned.The workmanship was of superior quality. The job was completed in the agreed stated time and the final cost  was the same as the estimate. We were extremely pleased with the results and the experience.

The quality of the work was great. I would recommend a screening process of the workers that they send to your home. It was hit or miss with that process. The foreman Clint Rice was very kind to work with.

We knew when we  bought this house it would need to be painted - the existing colors were horrible!   We also know some small repairs to drywall and ceiling would be needed. Four Seasons gave us a great bid and did a great job!   All I had to do was pick out the new paint colors and doors. I will never us anyone else!

The project was great!  From demolition through completion, the project took about 4 weeks.  Clint Rice with Four Seasons helped me design/decide what we needed to do to update our master bedroom and bathroom. They built in new cabinets to replace two older free-standing dressers, they extended a wall and replaced out-dated fixtures and doors.   They rebuilt the master shower and retiled the bathroom floors, added carpeting in the bedroom, patched and painted all drywall, fixed a ceiling sag and cleaned up really well. Best part - my husband LOVES it!!

After having to have our foundation jack hammered out, we checked Angie's List and had 3 estimates on repairing the water damage.  Of the three contractors we spoke to, we felt most comfortable with Kevin from Four Seasons.  Due to asbestos removal, and the fact that our 4 year old grandson lives with us (and he really likes to "help") we agreed with Kevin that we would be best off in a hotel for a few days.  
     The work was performed beautifully; and I really appreciated Kevin's guidance and input when I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to do.  Now I love the way it looks.  Everyone was totally professional, I never had a problem reaching Kevin when I had a concern, and everything promised was delivered.  When they were finished my house was totally clean.  They had a lady come in and clean everything - the living room, dining room, kitchen - anywhere dust could have settled during the work.  And they even cleaned and clear coated the one wall of paneling we didn't have removed!!   They bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with the work.
     When I need to have remodeling done, carpets replaced, etc.  I know without a doubt who I will call.  They were truly great to work with.

Kevin came on each day the carpenters were here to check up. Then came out each day to checkup on the painter till they finished. The workers were fast and efficient. Kevin came back after the work to followup and made sure we were happy.

Highly recommend.  I felt comfortable and safe with them working here and the quality was spot on.  They even fixed things that were wrong in the original wall.

Clint with Four Seasons handled everything.  Everything.  We found him to be prompt, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and completely unwilling to accept anything less than perfection from the contractors he sent to our home.   Not that there were any  problems with any of the work performed!  Clint gave us a fair discount when the new downspout looked "too new" compared to the oxidized "older" gutter it was attached to.  I told him I already had some touchup paint to match and I didn't mind painting it myself.

We will definitely be contacting Four Seasons Restoration when we need any work done in the future!  We highly recommend!
