They were fabulous! Other companies I had talked to gave me four to six weeks but this company had it done in one week. The owner came to do the bid and the prices were perfect. The awnings are fabulous. I would highly recommend them. The installation was done in a timely manner, they were prompt and completed the project quickly.

I have called three times, asking for someone to come out with samples. No one has responded. Last week I drove to the company and again indicated I wanted someone to come out and measure for new awnings. I was met with indifference. I asked for a sample book to look at at home (there was one on the counter) and the salesman said that it was "checked out and wouldn't be back for several days." No indication was made that he would follow up or come out to measure.

Oscare came promplty as scheduled to discuss the job, measure and bid (working around my work schedule he came early in the day). I did get lost in the shuffle a bit which was not a problem for me, I can't recall what caused the delay. I was not home when it was installed but had no problems.
