I called to order the paper. The subscription staff was very helpful. I got a better rate than I had expected. I received my first paper only two days after my order as a new customer. They even informed me about the six-month "Press Pass" option. Now, I am enjoying some awesome discounts (at the movies, dining out, and at the circus). I moved to a new house and called them the day off the move to change my address. I expected it to take a couple of days, but the paper was on my porch the very next morning! My only complaint is that none of the paper delivery people ever throw my paper close to the porch. It is almost always on the grass between the sidewalk and the street. They do double-bag on wet mornings and it's always there by 5 AM on weekdays/6 AM on weekends (I'm in North Burleson/1187 area).
