Fort Worth Kitchen Aid Repair

Very unprofessional cutomer service.I called to get info about my dishwasher repair and asked to speak to a repair man first before they come out just to look and charge me just for looking,I wanted to make sure first that the repair was going to worth the money verses buying a brand new one,the lady that answers the phone and takes the appts,said they do not do that,a repair man must come out to look,I did call twice,1st time some guy answered the phone,I asked if he worked with Henry of "Henry's repair",he hung up on me,I had to call back and the lady was very invasive about telling me why and who hung up on me,but she said that the repair man will not call me to talk to me about it because he only comes out and doesn't want to miss any money obviously by answering people's questions over the phone,he wants to come out so he can charge the 50.00 for looking at it and won't talk to you by phone.The lady kept going on and on,I could barely get a word in so I ended up having to hang up on her to end the pointless conversation since I was told I would not be getting any help by phone. She was very unprofessional and rude,makes me wonder how the repair workers are when they get to your home.
