We strive for costumer satisfaction and cleanliness. We are insured and most of our work performed does come with a home-owners lifetime warranty for our costomer loyalty and trust. P.C.C.S. professionally cleans, inspects and if needed we will repair your fireplace for safety and fire hazard issues. Most Chimney Cleans cost $99.00 in the Fort Worth Area, Dryer vent Cleaning is the same price with no hidden charges. We do offer multi service discounts for having both your chimney and your dryer vent cleaned on the same day. We also do Apartment complexes with huge discounts on multiple cleans performed on the same site. We also do bee removal. Service fees for visual inspections cost $69.00 however if work or cleaning needs to be performed the $69.00 will go towards that cost therefore illimating the $69.00 service fee. "Okay [Member Name Removed] I remember her like it was yesterday.. okay she originally called and explained that her chimney was extremely dirty to the point that every time someone opens the damper door of the fireplace or if a big wind comes down her chimney she noticed soot is starting to come in there living area. Now she did say this herself.. I and one helper went out to service her fireplace and when inspecting the fireplace she was absolutely correct soot did rush into the living area as soon as the damper door was opened. We jokingly discussed its filthiness she explained this was its very first cleaning and yes it did look like it but nothing we couldn't handle I even have serviced worse than hers so this job was not an exception. We covered all furniture and the wood floors with plastic carefully making sure all will be OK when we start the cleaning it and yes the sofa she was talking about was completely covered as well (this was her error). It took awhile to clean her chimney but what was odd is that she never once walked downstairs to view our progress which was odd compared to all other customers we service. However when we finished and called her downstairs the first thing she did was start touching stuff and checking for soot all over her home (unbelievable) well without a doubt she did find a lot it was like duh you called us telling us soot was coming in your home, she was uncommunicative in regards to how her whole house has soot everywhere but was so obvious at this point what her true intentions where. She wanted her whole house cleaned professionally at the cost of a chimney clean well our expense?? Talking sense to her and explaining to her her original phone call to us for some reason now made no sense and she wanted compensation for having someone come out and clean her entire home upstairs and downstairs she explained it was everywhere??? We are a chimney cleaning company not a home cleaning maid service she thinks we have to clean her existing soot located throughout her house due to having a neglected filthy fireplace for many many years then trying to hit up a 5 star chimney company to flip the bill for a sofa we completely covered and a living area that was also covered. We simply black listed this customer as should others just be aware that 99% of all customers are sincere but don't let that 1% get the best of you. I now use this story to tell my other crew members what to look for and how to bring to attention all things noticeable before starting your clean this will squash most crooked attempts to having your company become a victim."
