FORT WORTH CARPET CARE

They are excellent. They are great. They are very helpful. They've been here for a long time and I have no complains. They are understanding. If you have a budget, they work with you. You will feel like you will get an honest opinion about the quality and everything. They are just the one you would want. They would tell you what’s going on and when you would expect the carpet. There are no surprises. They are very nice. The people that works there are older. The people that they sent out to put the carpet in were on time and did the job.

They did an excellent job.

This was not a good experience at all. I thought they would do a better job because they were rated high on Angie's list, but was not good at all. The first problem was that they did not move the furniture and the second problem was my carpet was left with streaky stains and it looked worse than it was before they even did the service. One of the things that bothered me the most was that they were very defensive when I approached them about my carpet.

MR. THOMAS WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND ARRIVED PROMPTLY ON TIME. HE DEEP CLEANED THE CARPET IN ALL FIVE ROOMS, MOVING THE FURNITURE HIMSELF AND ALSO CLEANED A FLOOR RUG AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

THE WORK WAS VERY NORMAL AND WENT ACCORDING TO PLAN. THEY SHOWED UP, DID THEIR JOB AND LEFT. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND FAIRLY RESPONSIVE. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND THEIR DEMEANOR WHILE ON THE JOB.
