Had new pool table delivered and installed. Everyone who helped me at Fort Worth Billiards on the phone were super helpful and very knowledgeable, they explained the whole process and was happy to answer all the questions I had. This is our first table and it looks absolutely amazing. The installers Jake and Devon was very helpful and gave us a great walk-through on how to take care of our investment. They cleaned up before they left and were very professional. Definitely will recommend to anyone!

It was a very pleasant experience from the minute we entered the store till we went out having purchased what we went there for. Albert was very knowledgable personable and professional. they have such an extensive array of tables, games and products to make your playtime funner. WOW! Do not hesitate to purchase from Fort Worth Billiards. Albert Trujillo and his entire staff were very helpful, offered suggestions, listened to our needs, and answered our questions. There is a great selection of game room items. Our pool table is gorgeous and was delivered in one week. The delivery staff were very professional and discussed with us the best place to position the table for 'optimum play'. Before they left, they noticed the pool balls would leave a chalk mark on the felt. They called Albert. Albert then called us personally. Albert sent an employee that day with a different brand of balls, an upgrade that we didn't pay for. We were not told he would ship them to us, they hand delivered within a couple hours of the pool table being set up. This was a manufacturer issue, not a Fort Worth Billiard issue. This was our first purchase for our game room and we will be back for more items. Thank you Albert and staff for making us feel important. We have referred several friends to Fort Worth Billiards and will continue to do so!! As I said, DO NOT HESITATE to do business with Albert Trujillo and Fort Worth Billiards!!!

Excellent. Albert Trujillo was extremely forthcoming on the type of table and equipment we would need to meet the size of our room. Our first visit was for shopping and he gave us many ideas and without any pressure to sell us something. We shopped and came back as all the information he provided us to review made us a very happy owner of a pool table. His informative and low key approach assured we made the right decision, even though we came back later. Highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a pool table to visit this place. Albert was awesome through the entire process of buying our pool table. It actually was a 9 month process in total because we were building a new home and made our first visit when construction was first started. We explained to him that we would not be making the purchase for a while, but he was fine with that and was very helpful in still explaining everything and answering all of our questions even knowing that a sale would not be coming for a while. We went in about 5 months later after picking colors for the house and made our final decisions on the table at that point, but still did not make the purchase. It was not until after we moved into our house that we went in for a third time and finally made the purchase. Albert remembered us from our earlier visits and asked about our house. He genuinely cared about us being happy and not just making his sale. We bought the pool table along with a ping pong conversion top. He explained in detail how the delivery and setup process was going to go and again answered all the questions we had. We setup our delivery date, which he was very flexible with and was able to get scheduled within the same week we bought the table. Installation was also an excellent experience. They setup the table and all the accessories that came with it and then they went into detail about keeping good care of the table and cleaning and once again answered all the questions we had. From start to finish, this was the best experience we have ever had making a large purchase like this. I highly recommend going to these guys to buy your pool table. They have been around for a long time and know everything there is to know about the business and it shows in their service and product.

Needed the pool table for daughter's baby shower and the sales staff and salesperson were able to work with us and get the table delivered and set up prior to daughter's party..(guys had to have something to do)....we also stopped in five minutes before closing to add pub table and chairs to our delivery order and the staff were not put out to assist us and actually reopened so we could make our choice......very happy with the whole buying, deliver/setup experience......thanks to all the staff...

When we entered the  store we were greeted by the salesman who showed us around and answered our questions. We were impressed by the quality and variety of their merchandise.We found many items that had been on our shopping list and ended up purchasing several things.The salesman was helpful, courteous, and not pushy.

This is the 1st pool table that I have purchased. Made a couple of visits to Fort Worth Billiards and the staff was extremely attentive and helpful in answering all of my questions. Great shopping experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a pool table!

Great staff, very attentive and knowledgeable.  Overall a great experience.

I decided to have new tile installed my game room and needed to have the pool table removed for the tilers to do their work.  The Company where I purchased the table was out of business so I started reviewing other companies.  The cost was roughly the same for each company.  In the end, I selected Fort Worth Billiards.
I scheduled the service over the phone for deinstallation today.  They asked me a few questions about the size of the table and where I wanted to store it.  After a few minutes they came back with their quote and said the installers would be here between 8:30 and 9:30.  I was amazed with the one hour window.  
The installers showed up at 9:10 and were finished by 9:30.  They were professional and showed pride in their work.  Every screw was accounted for, and every staple was picked up.  They even measured the existing location so they could reinstall it in the same spot.
Overall this service was excellent and fast.  I would recommend this company to everyone.

The cost was lower than internet costs. The delivery was within 5 days of the sale. the sale included all accessories needed to enjoy the table. It is a high end store, with quality tables, game room accessories and dart boards. The sales person was excellent. Gave us the time to decide, did not push us, Rush us, or force us. Very helpful.
I will recommend them highly for pool tables, card tables, bar accessories, dart boards. I will go back to buy anything mentioned. Way safer and better than Amazon, for accessories. They stand by their products. If we need them to level the table they will be back for no charge. Go to these folks if you want to add to your game room, pub, bar. Excellent

They allowed me to try out the table in the store first. I was able to choose my delivery time and day and the delivery guys were very nice and professional. We are very pleased!

I live in north Dallas, but chose to purchase my pool table from Fort Worth Billiards due to price. I had my mind set on a particular table and after getting a quote on it from a local chain of billiard stores, I decided to call Fort Worth to see if they could sell it to me for any less. They were running a sale that included the table that I was interested in and I saved several hundred dollars by purchasing it through them (this is even after paying an additional $100 for delivery since I live an hour from the Fort Worth store). Albert was a great salesperson, very informative/knowledgeable without being pushy. He texted me photos of the table since I had only seen the online pictures before I made the drive to see it in person. He answered his cell phone when I called him on the Sunday before delivery to ask him to add a cue that I had liked to the delivery. The installers arrived when they said they would and did a great job. They didn't damage or mark up any walls getting it to the second floor and the table remained pristine. I would highly recommend FWB, and Albert in particular, to anyone in the market for a pool table. They operate their business the way it should be done.

We stopped in Fort Worth Billiards just to check it out, but had always assumed a pool table would be cost prohibitive. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and affordability! We chatted with the sales associate and he advised us on measuring and preparing the room (i.e. we were planning to replace the carpet, do a little painting and updating). After getting the room squared away we returned to Fort Worth Billiards and within about 15 minutes selected the pool table and finishes to fit our needs and budget. They offered a very quick delivery, but due to scheduling conflict we had to postpone the delivery by a few days...they were completely flexible and accommodating. The installers were very professional and even staged the table and went over all the accessories. I would absolutely recommend Fort Worth Billiards to anyone in the market for a pool table, or even anyone moderately interested...you would be surprised at what you can afford! The showroom also has an abundance of game room accessories, barstools and artwork...we will definitely be returning.
