They charged a $85 service fee, the issue was a crimped drain hose. He removed the crimp and zip tied the hose. then charged him another $100 for a $0.05 zip tie. I called the back to complain of excessive price-gouging on an elderly veteran. I spoke with a Jose and he asked was the appliance fixed, it was what it was. He then said he would call me back and never did. I called and he was at lunch and that he would return my call. still hasn’t returned my call. Very, very bad company. only thing lacking in there service was holding a gun. Highway robbery. Worst experience ever.
