Very professional on time and excellent performance.

Ft Worth Arborist called immediately and came out on a Saturday, within an hour if calling, to assess the damage to our tree. Received an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled for removal of tree in 2 days.

They did a good job and were professional and cleaned up afterward. I was very impressed with Mickey's knowledge of trees and he didn't mind explaining in terms that a layman could understand. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Very prompt, professional service. Great quality for the price. Will definitely be calling FW Arborist again this summer to raise the canopy and clean out the dead. Mickey is a trained arborist and definitely knowledgeable. The customer's satisfaction seems to be the mantra of the company. Seems very concerned with maintaining relationships and servicing repeat business...unlike most "fly-by-night" tree companies.

The Owner, a real-live Arborist, spent about an hour discussing my single, mature, old-growth tree and what it needed. A very genial and low-pressure guy, I really appreciated his taking the time to talk to me about what he thought should bee done.

Not only were they professional in all their work, but their clean up was excellent! My yard looked better after they left than when they arrived! I am going to hire them again on my next yard project.

Higher price than other arborist. Made appointment to have work done on a Thursday, they came on a Tuesday without calling to say they were coming. Damaged shrubs around tree. Damaged retaining wall. They were clean, professional, polite. Man that came out to do bidding said he would be with group when they came to do the work. He was a no show. Would not recommend them for the above reasons.

on budget, on time

I will hire these people in time. When appointment time for estimate right on time that tells me the company will be there on time to do the job. Also very knowable about how to trim and cut the tree. Very professional.

They were quick to cut down a hanging limb, then came back several weeks later to finish the job. The work appears excellent to me.

Pros!

This company cares about saving trees and will not perform a manicure to your liking if you do not take into consideration the health of your trees. Very professional service.

I would have given them 5 stars for work quality and customer service except they missed clean up in my courtyard area. It's a little hidden, so I understand how it could be missed. However, when I alerted them to the issue, they said they could come back out and clean up on a Monday or Tuesday. It's now Wednesday and they still haven't returned. They are now saying they'll be out today. Other than this issue, their expertise, work and value for the money were fantastic. They're even working to save a very large tree that another service told me "had" to be completely cut down. I would definitely recommend them.

This is a great company to work with. They did exactly what I ordered and went over and above by diagnosing a tree not on my list. Thanks to their help my other tree may live and I love the work they did. If I need more tree work done I will call these guy's again.

On time

Fort Worth Arborist did an excellent job of removing an approximately 60 foot cedar elm tree that was in a very confined space close to walls and homes. After the tree was removed, they planted a large 35 gallon youpon in it's place. Their men were courteous, experienced, and got the job done on time. There was absolutely no debris left from the removal of the tree or the planting of the youpon.

Dont hesitate to use these pros! The did a great job removing several old, very large trees. Very prompt, courteous and professional. I will use them again very soon! Thanks gentlemen!
