It seemed to go well, except that I paid to get a new drain pump motor ($378.44) and it didn't fix the problem, but I had to pay for it anyway. It came with a 30 day warranty.
Then on 12/7/15 I had a problem and called another company and they said I needed a new drain pump motor!  What, I just got a new one in March. They took the old (new) one off and said it wasn't a new one. They said it was the original one from 2007 (had a date on the side of it).
I called Sam at Fort Worth's Appliance repair and he said that he had a receipt for the one he bought and put on. He also said that he wasn't responsible for the parts that his distributor sold. He thought it was a new one.
FYI - the new company gave me a year warranty on the new part.
I can't say for sure if Sam replaced the part, he said he did, but he didn't leave me the old part or show me it.  My problem is that he doesn't stand behind his work for more than 30 days. He came and ignored what the machine said the problem was and it cost me $378.44 for something I didn't need. Now I am out another $323 to redo what he said he did!  Something is wrong here.
He refused to give a refund and said that he knows he didn't nothing wrong and that if I needed to leave a bad review that was fine, but he could sleep at night knowing he was right.
This is just giving the facts for others to decide.

I've used Sam twice, and would use him again. When my dryer quit drying, I originally selected Collinsworth Appliance based upon reviews on one of the major search engines, and was pleased with his responsiveness, service, and reasonable price. A few months later when the balance ring detached on my washer, I called him again. I will consider Sam again for appliance repair.
