We also do oil changes and state inspections as well.

This was my third time in to have the oil changed on my Honda Odyssey.  I have been charged three different prices for the same work done.  This time the tech told me that I had to use synthetic oil, or I would void my vehicles warranty.  Of course, he told me this after the oil change was complete.  The additional charge for the synthetic oil was $34.00, for a total of $69.99.  When I went home to look at my manual, it states that I do not have to use synthetic oil, but can, provided it is a certain type.  I called to manager to discuss, and his attitude was pretty much o'well, "he'll talk to the tech and owners".  This doesn't help that I paid $34. more than necessary.  In addition to this trouble, the car washes are consistently the same:  slow service and poor attention to detail.
