I have used Fisher & Boone before and was pleased; they came that day I posted took pictures of my pipes and then called me back to let me know of the problem; which there was not any for pipes under my house; perhaps from house to the street lines and will perform that if I decide to. I did not see a 9-14; but my overall experience with Fisher & Boone has been excellent!
