"Mr. [Member Name Removed] we were honored to do the roof work on your personal home and business. I hate to hear that you were upset about the gutter situation on the office. The last we spoke about this I contacted your wife in regards to this item and explained to her we would gladly remove the standard gutter that was in our bid and replace it with a larger commercial special made gutter for only the cost of the material or we would add larger downspouts to the current gutters for free and see if it would handle the volume of water. I spoke with Paul since she was the main contact throughout the process for both projects and you are not as easily accessible as she is. I apologize that you felt like we dropped the ball on responding to your request on the gutters and my offer still stands on the material only commercial gutter or additional downspouts for the current one.
