Hardwood Flooring Service
We originally had natural, floating wood floors when we first got the house and wanted the new floor to be resemble something similar. I wasn't aware of the different types of wood that were available (I likely would have gotten Grade 1) but agreed to have Grade 2 wood installed which has some knots. The floor that was actually installed looked closer to Grade 3 so I voiced my concerns before staining but was assured it would be fine.
He is unwilling to do anything to fix it except pull out the worst of the planks and replace them (cut them out, hammer them back in, and cover with a hand scrape) which would be an additional $3k. I would have paid more in the beginning to have better quality wood. We are currently at a standstill trying to resolve my concerns.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND SELECTION. INSTALLERS ARE VERY EXPERIENCED AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. VINYL JOB WAS ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE SEEN. WOOD FLOORING LOOKS TERRIFIC. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IF NEEDING FLOORING.
