They have experience in the area I am looking for and they are very knowledgeable. So far the experience has been good; they have a lot of expertise in marketing. Their price of 6-percent commission is about average. They do luxury homes and will take a lot of time to explain things to me. They have a lot of expertise in real estate on also on the purchase of a house.
