Jose did an excellent job cleaning my downstairs carpet, he was very professional and polite and arrived at the stated time. I have used more well-known carpet cleaners in the past and Express Steam did a better job for less money. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their carpet cleaned.

I can't say enough about this young husband and wife team. Combined, they make their small company work in an efficient, polite, quick, and thorough manner. From the phone call to the handshake at the end of the transaction, Daisy and Jose were the epitome of professionalism. And, did a superb job.

Daisy, who arranged the appointment, was cheerful, polite and prompt in setting up the appointment.

Jose, who provided the service, was also prompt and very polite.  He took the time to explain what steps he would be taking, and listened to the concerns I had.

Jose did I great job, took his time and even worked on coffee stain that had been in the carpet for a couple of years.  Other carpet cleaning companies had tried to get that spot out but to no avail.  I don't know what Jose used to clean that spot but the coffee stain came out.  The carpet looks great.   

Express Steam did a great job for a great price.  I have used major carpet cleaning companies in the past who charged me twice as much for the same areas but didn't do as good a job.   Now I have a company I can call more often because the price is so much more reasonable.  And it doesn't get any better than being able to support a small family owned business.

Carpet cleaning company was hired through a Big Deal on Angie's List.  Deal included 5 rooms plus a hallway for $147. When I set the appointment on the phone with them I was told that each extra room would be $30.  Upon arrival, husband and wife team first surveyed the house to see what needed to be cleaned. Because I didn't have a hallway but had carpet in the master bath area, it was decided that the bath area would be considered part of the master bedroom and counted as one room.  The five rooms then also included a family room, a media room upstairs, an office, and a guest bedroom.  Forty ($40) dollars extra was charged to clean the carpet on the stairs. I thought $40 for the stairs was excessive but it was a tradeoff for not charging an extra fee for the master bath.    Husband and wife team worked well together and did a good job of cleaning the carpets. They were very professional and courteous throughout the process.

Went very well. I was impressed by their attention to detail and thoroughness. He even cleaned some adjoining areas that were not specifically on the list.

Highly recommend this company.  They are a team that works efficiently and professionally.  I have older carpet with elderly people using various types of medical equipment so it takes a beating daily.  It  looked like new carpet when they finished.  High traffic areas looked as vibrant as less traveled areas.  They were courteous, thorough and made sure the job was completed to my satisfaction.  I've used several carpet companies in the past only to have to call them back to redo the job.  This company is my new found friend for carpet cleaning.
