The owner, Steve, came and measured, then called to give me the price. I didn't realize that the area I told him the cabinet was going was 26" deep and that would make the cabinet more expensive- an additional $86. I asked him if he would cut it down to 24" deep and he said that would save on materials and get the price down to $200. He said it would take about 1 week but he had it done in 3 days. The price included installation. The cabinet is paint grade wood but it looks good enough to stain. The quality is above what I expected.
