It was REALLY noisy from the start, and he did not place a programmable thermostat as I had asked. I called him back several times since that time, and never received a response. This summer, with the unit being one year old - and only cooling about 1100 sq feet - the area stays about 80 degrees and runs constantly. I have called him no fewer than 10 times, never to receive a response. I had my father call once, and he actually agreed to come out in 2 wks from the time of the call, but never showed. I am planning to contact the Texas Board of certification and report him for the gross negligence. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never even allow him back here to work on this unit and remedy his mistakes for fear of what might come next!
