She had to wait a month before she could start using the service. I think the service sold too many coupons to be able to provide service to everyone. One of the days she was to come no one showed up and no contact explaining why. They did end up coming 3 times with just satisfactory cleaning. In August they called saying they would be late but no one ever showed up. My daughter's husband left a message that this was unacceptable and would like to discuss a refund of the unused dollars if they could not provide the service. No one called back. The voice mail in the phone number is full so we cannot leave any other messages. They owe me $ 60.00 in unused services.
