Fast efficient service.

I blew out a tire and these guys were so helpful. They were all so friendly and had exactly what I needed. They were fast, friendly, professional, and did a great job.

I had a low tire light on. Went in and they checked each tire to make sure there were no nails, etc. since I had no clue which tire was low. Filled with air, and I'm good to go!

I went in there to have my tires rotated. I watched the man while he was working on my car and I noticed that he did not rotate my tires. Once I told the manager, he went out and asked the man working on my car and he told the manager that he did. So the manager came back in and tried to explain to me that it was a really quick job and it was only suppose to take five minutes. I told him that I was standing there and watching him the whole time. I watched him pull the car in, loosen the lug nuts and not rotate the tires. Once the mechanic brought my keys in he asked if there was a problem. I told him that I watched him and he didn't rotate the tires, he stated that he did and stormed off, and the manager followed him. I have been going to this Discount Tires for 15 years and i have never had this poor level of customer service. I sent a letter to corporate and never got a response. I will never use this Discount Tires again.

When I had a flat tire on my truck, they fixed it for me free of charge, simply asking that I return to buy my tires when I needed them. They are honest, hardworking and I like that if you arrive prior to 6pm and get in line, they will stay late to finish your vehicle. There are also plenty of options to choose from here, in the way of tires.
