Furniture - Sales
I ASKED FOR A BID FOR A COUCH AND MATERIAL FOR THE CUSHION AND THROW PILLOWS. ON THE DAY OF THE BID, I RECEIVED VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A QUICK BID, PLUS A BONUS INFO THE COUCH WOULD GO ON SALE LATER THAT WEEK. SALESPERSON DID NOT KNOW THE AVAILABILITY OF THE MATERIAL FOR THE CUSHION AND PILLOWS, SO WAS TO GET BACK BY PHONE WITH ME, AFTER SHE TALKED TO THE MANUFACTURER OF THE COUCH. ONLY TRIED TO CALL ME WITH INFO. ONE TIME, AND THEN I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HER.
