About us
We are a full service valuation company offering real estates, business, and machinery/equipment appraisals in and around the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area. The valuation industry is a unique space for customer service. Unlike most service industry businesses, an appraisal and appraiser must follow the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). In short, the appraiser must follow procedures in developing and reporting the appraisal from an unbiased view; thus, advocating for the appraisal and not necessarily for the client. DFW Appraisals is dedicated to providing the utmost procedural service to our customers; however, this does not always mean providing an analysis to “please” a client and never providing a pre-determined analysis set for the client. Our appraisers carry the SRA designation with the Appraisal Institute, the ASA designation with the American Society of Appraisers, the CVA and MAFF designations with NAVCA, and the CMEA designation with the NEBB Institute. We have more than 40 years of combined valuation experience in the valuation industry to serve your valuation needs. Visit our website to learn more.

"Hello, [Member Name Removed]. I am sorry you had a bad experience in 2013. I wanted to let you know that DFW Appraisals has been under new ownership since 2015 and that we would like the opportunity to work with you again should the need arise. We hope you are well!"
