We have a detached garage and managed to lock ourselves out of it, with the car and the garage opener inside the garage! Tried several locksmiths in the area and finally got Delta to respond.
The online call center was quick and efficient. It had option for emergency services. The agent scheduled a service provider to come to our house in the next 25-30 minutes.
The locksmith called as promised and took another 15-20 to arrive, which was ok since this happened late in the evening after 9.00 PM! He explained all the services and the charges and once we decided what all we needed to get done, he quickly went to work.
Since we had recently moved into the home, we also asked him to rekey the front, back, and garage door. The visit cost around $39 and the unlocking of the door $45. It seemed expensive but other locksmiths we had spoken to earlier for rekeying had mentioned similar prices for personal visit.
Overall the experience was good. I would definitely call them back if I ever needed to!
