I had a big emergency leak in my front yard on a Friday night. They sent a guy out on Saturday morning to dig and find out what was wrong. Before he started work I had to sign the invoice. The cost was $1,600 and they wanted it all up front. I talked them into letting me pay half up front. Turns out my pipe was bad from the house to the meter and needed replacing. They wanted to charge $7,000 for 42 ft. I called my other plumber and he charged me $3,200 for the job. When I told Delta they could go, they didn't even have to cover up the hole, they wanted me to pay the other $800. I said no way and and the supervisor on the phone pitched a big fit. They were unwilling to lower the price since they didn't have to finish the job but were more than happy to increase the price when the scope of the job increased. These guys really take advantage of you for emergency jobs. I do not recommend!

They did not do what they say what they were gonna do, they tried to take some money from the bank and I had to get another card. It took 3 weeks to came back to cover it up, the guy took the bricks and drove out. I need to pay another company to fix the the bricks. I call them and they said that they were gonna put it back but it is almost month now and they did not attempt to do anything. They tried to came back to cover it up and that is the time they tried to steal my bricks.

Horrible was way over charged. the Pex fittings 17 in total were billed at over $200.00 (reduced to $180.00 Whoo Hoo!) not! should have only been 50-60$ max. And they bill at $123.50 per hour which is top of the scale for plumbing and to top that off he worked 1hr 25min. and only bill in full hours so was billed at 2 full hours. Stay away from these guy's they hide behind a good ole boy facade but are no better than the commission base crooks that mask cheap front pricing for high billable's.

We were so surprised and happy. We called around 2 - 3pm. They came out at about 330-4p and it was fix around 5.

We used them Dec 12, 13. Holiday weekend. tI was freezing and our water line broke. Ruan came out. Mind you this was a holiday weekend and on a sunday. He fixed it. We were charged just 365.00. We did give a tip, but we were so lucky to find Delta 1. I will always call them when we need them.

Wow! I have had plumbers out before from the Yellow Page guys and even though their service was very good; the difference in price was unbelievable. They did more work for less money. I would hire them back in a second. Very impressed--they came immediately, got down to work, polite, and efficient. What more could you want!

Technician was very responsive to the call. He arrived 15 minutes earlier than scheduled and very appreciated since we called at 8:00 pm on a Saturday night. The service was performed within an hour. Only thing to be aware of is there is a set "supplies" charge of $22 that is pre-printed and not disclosed up front. I get the charge, even though there was not any supplies used- just tools like the snake. I just wish it was noted up front. Overall, just happy to have my sewer clog take care of.

This experience was excellent!
I called on Sunday to schedule a Monday appointment, but Roy explained they were totally booked and could send a crew at 9am Tuesday. This was fine as our leak was not an emergency. I received a call from Roy Monday morning at 8:15 stating he had a cancellation and could send someone at 9am. Ralph and Juan arrived on time and went right to work diagnosing and locating the leak outside. They were extremely professional, friendly, and had great attitudes about wanting to help us out! It took over an hour to locate the leak (cracked PVC at a joint next to the shutoff valve by the foundation which was under a shrub). They repaired the leak, installed a new shutoff, and Ralph explained the work step by step; he and Juan didn't miss a beat. They found, fixed, cleaned up and left about 12:30. I now have a reliable plumber I can depend on at a reasonable price!

Delta 1 Plumbing was the only plumber out of 5 that would take the call for Saturday.
Mr. Roy Cryer personally and professionally answered the phone and promptly put my call on the schedule that day.
Particularly important is this call was for one of our rental properties. The tennant had allowed the problem to get to the point the inside bathroom facilities were non-functional.
Delta 1 arrived for the appointment on time, putting plastic down through out the path the plumber would follow and proceeded to unstop the toilet. The toilet had to be pulled/reset and the tub had to be repaired where the renter had tried to put a "plumbing snake " down the overflow.
Upon completion, I noticed the truck had "Angi's List" on the side. A discount on the charge was applied immediately when I mentioned my subscription to Angi's List!
I would recommend Mr. Cryer and his crew and intend on using them again on our rental property plumbing needs.

I was waiting for my American Home Shield to find me a qualified plumber to unclog my main drain as sewage began backing up through the shower and bath tub. After three hours I got authorization from AHM to find a provider since the were unsuccessful and considered this an emergency. I called about five different companies and just got answering machines. Delta 1 answered the first time and said they would be able to send someone right out - which they did - withing the hour! I was shocked. they had the drain cleared & cleaned in one hour. They advised me that if it should happen again i may want to have the pipe scooped with a camera to see if it was cracked. No pressure to do this. I was very happy to get this all done by six o'clock and we were off to dinner. I am keeping their name on file for future reference. I thouf\ght their price was resonable and even got a coupon for money off through Angies list.

I had my water heater replaced. The old one did not meet code so they had to do modifications to the drainage, etc. to make sure the new one meets code. This company is great. I telephoned for an appointment and their over the phone estimate was accurate and in line with the final cost. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Their workmanship is very good. They pay attention to detail and cleaned up afterward. I will use this company for all of my future plumbing needs.

I called 12 plumbers on the Sunday before Memorial Day and Delta was the only one who replied and could send a plumber within the hour. Our call was answered promptly and someone sent. The water was pouring down the street and no one else could respond until the Tuesday after Memorial day which would have cost us hundreds in water.
Delta's technician was there within the hour and completed the repair quickly and correctly. They did an excellent job and I would use them again.

There are times when you just need help. This was one of those. Our hot water heater (placed in the attic by the builder - not a good design) died. In its final moments it decided to pour water down the inside walls of our house. What a mess (see Amigo Restoration for the folks who helped with that). The kind folks at Delta 1 Plumbing came out quickly and worked hard to make everything right, including spending all of the next day putting in our new tankless water heater. We cannot say enough about how wonderful these folks were. We would use them again and recommend them highly!

Last Sunday September 2nd. One of my tennants called to report a bd leak in the restroom floor. I called Delta and that same day they showed up and repaired the problem. There was a slab leak, they had to break the ground and reach the broken pipe. They repaired it all that day. My tennant commented on the cleanness of the job. They covered all the area around and by the end of the day everything was very clean, no mess at all. They came back next day and cover the hole and Tuesday they had an inspection from the city and gave them the green card.

It was TRULY A BAD EXPERIENCE. I have used this company on several occasions in the past & although it typically takes them a number of times to "get it right", they eventually get the job done. This time the service people were late by a day and what had cost us roughly $100/year in the past, this time was $477. They ran a snake cable through a trap in the master bath to open up the line, along with replacing a P-trap in the master bath laboratory. The service man also recommended he run cable through AC drip lines in two units and treated these with bleach. Start to finish the entire operation took less than 45 minutes. When presented with the bill I told the serviceman I wanted to talk with Roy, the owner, as the price was WAY OVER THE TOP. He said he would tell Roy of my sentiments and have him call me. He never has called so I decided to write the report. In the past I felt like we had a reasonable relationship but it clearly has gone south since the company lost Tony. I WILL NOT USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

"This customer was over charged by a new plumber. This issue could have been easily resolved if the member would have called the office inmediately. This situation was totally unknown to Delta Plumbing until we read the report. We have now called the member to make the appropriate refund for the overcharge. We apologize to him for a mistake made by one plumber that worked for us for a very short time. This kind of conduct is totally unacceptable to Delta Plumbing. We are waiting for the member to call back and receive his refund."

They'd repair a leak 1 day and then come back the next and repair another leak. There was 1 person doing the digging and 1 on top that was doing repairs. They were not efficient, we have not gotten it fixed yet and we have run out of money. They repaired leaks but kept coming across other leaks, we had to pay for it everyday they kept coming.

"Delta 1 Plumbing went to the member's rental property and we detected a sewer slab leak. This slab leak was repaired and then retested the house again, to make sure we didn't have a leak on what we repaired. At that time we found there was another leak elsewhere. The members approved leak No. 2 to be repaired. And leak No. 2 was repaired. Then we retested again to make sure we did not have a leak on what we have repaired and found there was a 3rd. leak. The member approved the 3rd. repair. At this time Tony, Delta's plumber, called Mr. Cryer at Delta 1 Plumbing and discussed with Mr. Cryer a price to repipe the whole house. At that time we gave the member a price of 15000 to 18000 to repipe the entire home. The member said no. So Delta 1 Plumbing continued locating and fixing leaks until the job was finished. The member ended up spending 30.000 to complete the job. Delta 1 Plumbing is very dissappointed in the way this job ended. We can only try at Delta 1 Plumbing to advise our customers of the best way to repair their plumbing. We have been doing this for 42 years and we understand the best and most economical way to repair and replace plumbing. We are very sorry that the members are upset with us. We have spoken with the member a couple of times on this issue and is obvious that she feels very strongly that she has been done wrong. For that Delta 1 Plumbing is very sorry. When we have to do this over again with another customer, we would do it the same way. And that is to give the cutomer the options and then proceed to make the repairs as the customer asks us to do. all went well. they know where to start looking for possible causes. it was the main sewer pipe clogged so once that was opened, all backups were cleared out. they checked all before they left to make sure all were draining well. I felt the price was a bit high for work done but on holiday weekend, I was grateful they came at all.

Tony was wonderful! He was polite and professional. When I called to make an appointment, I was told they could get a plumber here in the afternoon. I was fine with that, but Tony called around 10am to say he would be here in 45 minutes. He only took about 15 minutes to get here! He was quick and efficient at making the repairs.

Tony came out the same day that I called during the time frame that worked best for me. He took care of all my problems within the hour and cleaned up after himself. Please don't hesitate to call Delta 1 and be sure to ask for TONY!
