Sopme of this service was performed in the store. The tech seemed knowledgeable and nice. Some of it was done on site at my home. I set out very specifically what I needed both computers to do. There have been several major problems with the work that was done. Some of the programs do not work properly or at all. The Camp Bowie store is closed, I have tried to contact this provider at other locations to obtain assistance in resloving these issues and have received no response.
