David had a contract with us as a General Contractor to convert a room into a new bedroom with bathroom and closet. This also included a powder room remodel. David and his team made multiple costly mistakes, installing tile wrong, issues with trim, painting, etc. We had to completely re-drywall and retile the bathroom. This took months and still David did not properly mange his subcontractors. 8 months later and the project is not done. David called us and let us know he would be quitting and will not return to finish the project. We have a powder room that is completely unfinished and a whole bedroom that is not done. I wish I could upload photos to show how the project was left.
