D WITTER INC

I wanted to sell my house, so I called numerous people to get bids and none of them showed up.  I got on Angie's list and and I contacted the highest rated company.  I also contacted David Witter since one of my friends recommended him.  The highly rated company was more that 2 1/2 times as much as David Witter's quote for less work than he was going to do.  I can't tell you how impressed I was with David Witter.  He is one of the nicest, most honest guys you will ever meet.  I work in law enforcement and I had no problem leaving him in my home alone to do work.  David worked me into his schedule and showed up everyday when he said he would.  He went way above and beyond what I paid him for.  To give one of many examples, I paid him to change two walls of floor trim in my living room and front entry hall.  He ended up painting and replacing 8 walls of trim at no extra cost.  I had stained concrete floors and he knew I was getting carpet installed after he was done with his work.  Being the professional he is, he replaced the trim and nailed it higher up the wall so the carpet would fit under it.  He just did it without me asking because it needed it to be done and it would of cost me a lot more money if I had to pay the carpet installers to do it.  That was his approach with the whole job.  He wanted the job to be right even if it cost him money out of his pocket.  I could go on and on about all the work he did that I didn't have to pay for, how honest he was and how great the quality of his workmanship was, but all I really need to say is that he is a true professional and now he is a friend.  I highly recommend David and I will definitely use him again in the future.
