My expectations were exceeded! The leaks were discovered around a couple of ducts and vents and re-sealed. Additionally, all the other ducts and vents were re-sealed to prevent future leaks. This was a fabulous first experience and we look forward to working with D&G Roof Systems in the future!

D&G's sales person was very professional, knowledgeable and available to step in at any time we needed him. The crew also did a great job, they were respectful and they worked - literally - from sunup to sundown to get the job done quickly. As you always have, there were a couple small things: refuse that leaked into our attic and also a leak afterward. The refuse was picked up within 30 minutes of the time I asked them to fix it and they had people at our house the next morning after a hard rain (that revealed the leak) to fix it. You can't ask for more than that.

AMAZING how one, they were able to negotiate with the insurance company and get such great results and two, install a great looking standing seam metal roof that just makes our house "POP"! 3 weeks later now doing my mother's house!

I had discovered a leak in my roof and Jeff came out the same day I called for an estimate and gave my roof a full inspection, wrote up a fair proposal that would fix all issues and any potential issues an inspector may find. He had his crew out the next day and they completed all the repairs on the proposal in just a few hours. Jeff then came back out to inspect their work to ensure quality before I paid. Very professional and easy to work with.

David Poggensee was awesome and worked closely with my insurance company to ensure I received the best roof possible and insurance would cover all but my deductible. Very professional, down to earth people.

David Poggensee was very prompt when responding to my request for an inspection and proposal for my roof repairs. Upon visiting my home he was professional, polite, and took time to explain everything to me. The gentleman that performed the work was timely and courteous. The work was done with no issues. Made for a easy and seamless transaction. Would definitely use again!

Spoke with Glenn via messages in angie's list. He was very responsive. He came out and looked at the place where the leak was at and determined it was the flashings. We had another company come out last year and said it was coming in from the driving rain into the vent and leaking but it was leaking even when there was not driving rain. But, never mind the other company, D & G Roof came out and they immediately pin pointed the problem. He even took the time to not only give me a quote for the "quick fix" of just the problem area, he inspected the roof, and counted the number of vents and was able to give me a quote for the "quick fix" and also to have them all done so I will not have to worry about the others. He was also able to ensure me that my roof was in good shape. He was not high pressure when he called and explained what was wrong and the options that I would have along with the pricing. I opted to have all of the flashings replaced and sealed just so I will not have to worry about it later since my roof was in good shape. I like that he was honest, prompt, and communicated more than just one option and let me decide without feeling pressured. I would absolutely use D&G again and recommend them. They were awesome!

We had already used Dand G Roofing systems for another house and we're very happy with the outcome. Glenn Fick was very helpful when we needed to reschedule and made sure that all of the house was done correctly! Very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable.

After having several estimates on the roof, we called Dand G on a recommendation. Glenn explained what they would do. We were impressed with what they offered, which was the best for our situation. The house was built in 1954 and needed a better set-up for venting the hot attic. This was the ONLY company that offered this. We were so impressed with the outcome, that we also used this company on our second home's roof.

Dand G was very prompt, on time, and kept his word with what he said he would do. The workers were early, all the work was all completed within a day, and they cleaned up everything properly. I highly recommend them to friends and family!

Dand G was excellent in working with out insurance company, both in
working out the original bid and payments and in working with us on
Class 4 shingle upgrades and coverage discounts resulting from that
work.
While the roof was off, we had Dand G remove our and quot;turtleand quot;
vents and install ridge vents. Dand G performed an attic airflow
analysis and then installed multiple, additional soffit vents to provide
more adequate cooling airflow through the attic. Dand G also replaced
our old power exhaust fan and upgraded the thermal switch.
Outside,
we added a thermal barrier under the new shingles. We originally
thought that might be a bit expensive, but it has already paid for
itself.
The work was/is of very high quality and very pleasing to
look at. The combination of venting and thermal barrier has provided a
significantly cooler attic in the summer with completely passive
airflow. We should have followed Dand G's advice and just pulled out
the power fan. It almost never kicks on anymore.
Clean up was nearly perfect. I think we found three nails total in the yard.
We are very, very happy and would certainly recommend Dand G to anyone.

Very efficient, very professional, and very friendly.The estimating and quoting process was easy, with Don working well with our insurance people to settle quickly on the total price and the out of pocket portion (after the upgrades).Don took plenty of time to discuss and explain the various shingle, gutter, and venting options and the cost/effect/efficiencies of each.Once the decisions were made, the work started within days and as promised.The tear-off was accomplished with less mess than I was expecting and was completely picked up and hauled off immediately.The install went quickly, with experienced crews moving efficiently.Don did come back and state that he thought we were going to need more soffit vents for better attic air-flow, which he added at no cost.Clean up was very complete, including even running over the lawn and through the bushes with powerful magnets to make sure no nails were left in the yard to be stepped on later.The roof looks great, and the attic is noticeably cooler than it had been.We are very pleased, and would easily choose Dand G again.

My boss recommended them to me. When I called them, and I told them my story, they came out the very same day. We had storms moving in, and they got here and patched the hole that was in the roof. I offered to pay for that work, but since I hadn't filed the claim with insurance yet, they told me it was free, which made me a little uncertain about them.

Insurance took 2 or 3 weeks to get to me, and he said that I had damage all over.

Dand G gave me a bid and they never mentioned the fact that they had patched my roof. Since there was a lot of storm damage in our area at the time, it seemed like it took forever for them to get started, but they were in contact with me regarding the status of supplies for my project.

We went through the contract before they started the work, and he mentioned that there were things that the insurace provider should have included and he suggested them, but he didn't push for them. Since he is certified for gutters and construction, I thought it would be extremely helpful to have them do the work. They were timely and efficient considering the temperatures and weather. They cleaned up after themselves everyday.

I also have a skylight that one of the roofers cracked accidentally. Dand G replaced it at no charge.

The damage inside was kind of extensive. Where they painted they matched the paint perfectly. They repaired our popcorn ceiling, and I cannot tell a difference. They were very professional. They made sure the dust was minimal. When they were in a time crunch because of my work schedule, they brought in four extra people to be done on time.

They didn't ask for any money up front. They didn't want any money until the job was completed.
