"NO. I do not know who [member name] is, and have NEVER met him. This is, nor ever was a customer of mine in ANY business. Certainly not in December of 2014. I have never been to the address listed in Plano for ANY reason whatsoever. In fact, I have not built a Gazebo for more than 10 years! I cannot emphasize how IRRITATING it is that a Bogus review, from a total stranger gets to be something I have to respond to....If I could sue you, and George Clutter for defamation or Libel I would. Remove this nonsense immediately."

THE FOREMAN CAME OUT AND SURVEYED THE AREA AND GAVE ME A FREE ESTIMATE. THEY ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED TO PERFORM THE WORK. THE CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND BUILT ME A BEAUTIFUL DECK AND BENCH. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE DEBRIS PRIOR TO THEIR DEPARTURE.

THE OWNER ALSO SUGGESTED THAT WE CONTROL DRAINAGE FROM OUR POND WHICH WOULD RAISE THE LEVEL 12' TO 24'. HE SAID IT WOULD TAKE 2-3 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE WORK. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN A DECENT ESTIMATE, BUT IT WOULD REQUIRE THAT THE CONTRACTOR SHOW UP TO DO THE WORK. THIS JOB ENDED UP TAKING 7+ DAYS. UPON COMPLETION WE NOTICED THAT THERE ARE SEVERAL AREAS THAT REQUIRED CORRECTING. THESE AREAS HAVE BEEN CALLED TO HIS ATTENTION. TO DATE, WE HAVE HAD NO SATISFACTORY RESPONSE ON HIS INTENT TO CORRECT THE PROBLEMS. ALSO WHILE WORKING ON OUR PROJECT HE STARTED A NEW PROJECT AT MY CO-WORKERS HOUSE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN!

"REGRETTABLY, THIS IS NONSENSE. I WORKED ON THE SIGHT ALL OF THE 7 DAYS INVOLVED AND PROVIDED EXTRA FREE SERVICES AT NO CHARGE. IT RAINED DURING THE PROJECT, AND THIS SLOWED WORK DOWN, BUT I WAS ON SITE 10+ HOURS PER DAY. THE CUSTOMER PAID FOR THE PROJECT AS AGREED, AND OFFERED TO PAY ME EARLY BECAUSE THEY WERE SO SATISFIED. WHILE WORKING THERE, THE HUSBAND REQUESTED I RE-CUT THE SWALE, WHICH I DID THAT VERY DAY TO MAKE IT DEEPER. NO ISSUES AT ALL, THAT THEY REPORT, WERE RAISED UNTIL AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETE (TWO PLUS WEEKS) AND BEFORE MORE SIGNIFICANT RAIN OCCURRED. THEY DID NOT EVEN ALLOW TIME TO HAVE THE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TESTED. THE SCORING IS A GROSS MISREPESENTATION OF FACT. I WAS PUNCTUAL, AND PROVIDED 70+ HOURS WORK ON TWO PIECES OF EQUIPMENT IN 7 DAYS. I WAS PROFESSIONAL, AND RELIABLE THE WHOLE TIME. FINALLY, I NOTE THAT THIS "REPORT" WAS SUBMITTED 5 WEEKS AGO, AND THIS WAS MY FIRST OPPORTUNITY TO RESPOND. THIS WAS THE WRONG BUSINESS TO REPORT TO BOOT! THIS IS BOGUS."
