Description of Work: They showed up to determine what needed to be done. Paid them for service call and 6 traps to be placed outside the following week. They have not returned to install the traps and they have not returned my numerous calls. I have moved on to another company. They owe me $162 for the traps they did not put out.

Description of Work: We hired this company to trap armadillos in the yard. The cost was $96 to set up the trap and $81 for each animal caught. After the first animal caught, I had Roy, the owner, remove his trap because each additional animal would get very expensive.After that we caught one ourselves using our own trap. I was satisfied with this company but my advice to anyone with an animal problem is to buy your own trap and trap the critter yourself because of the expense involved.I would, however, use this company to get rid of snakes, as they terrify me.

 + -1 morePretty good for the most part. Our regular technician was "Guy" and every time we called him he was responsive and prompt. Some of the off hours crew were not as good, and we did end up having to watch, helplessly, as a baby squirrel became so distressed that it died, due to the weekend tech's failure to show up for several days. We caught at least one, sometimes two, squirrels each day, and other than the one incident, this company did arrive within a reasonable time and take the critters away (not sure what they do with them tho!) Two of the traps were placed on our roof in areas where the squirrels traveled, and one trap was located in a nearby tree. We caught squirrels in every trap at one time or another, so apparently this company knows what it is doing. Although Guy had advised in the beginning that a "squirrel family" can be as large as 30 or more animals, I did worry about the cost. In retrospect, it was all worthwhile. We are now "squirrel free" and our attic is quiet.
Description of Work: We suspected that we had squirrels in our attic and called a roofing company to assist in repairing the holes that the little creatures had made (through our vents), we asked the roofer for recommendations for animal removal, and the roofer recommended this company. I checked Angie's List and saw that the reports were not exactly stellar, but because I trusted my roofer I called them. They arrived as scheduled to set the live traps (three of them)and advise me of their pricing formula ($48 plus tax per squirrel trapped). We agreed to continue trapping until the entire squirrel family was eradicated (18 squirrels in all). This company will also live trap skunks, raccoons, possums, armadillos, rats, snakes, birds - and will remove dead animals. Charges vary per animal type. There is an initial $75 service call charge also, which covers consultation and initial setting of traps. Very important aspect is company's request that customers check traps DAILY to avoid stressing animals.

 + -1 moreNOT IMPRESSED. THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES LATE. SUPPOSEDLY, HE WAS STRUCK IN TRAFFIC, BUT I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THIS UNTIL I CALLED THE OFFICE. WHEN HE FINALLY DID GET THERE, HE WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND THE SNAKE. HE THEN ASKED IF HE COULD GO INTO MY ATTIC, AND I INQUIRED AS TO WHY, SINCE I DID NOT NOTICE ANY SNAKES ON THE INSIDE OF MY HOUSE. HE TOLD ME THAT SNAKES ON THE OUTSIDE OF A HOUSE CAN SENSE RATS IN A HOME'S ATTIC AND WALLS??? HE THEN WENT UP IN MY ATTIC, AND TOLD ME THAT I HAD 4 OR 5 LIVE RATS IN MY ATTIC (EVEN THOUGH MY ATTIC HAS NOTHING IN IT). HE TOLD ME THAT NOW THAT THE FOOD SOURCE FOR THE SNAKES (THE RATS) HAD BEEN ELIMINATED, I NO LONGER NEEDED TO WORRY ABOUT SNAKES. NOW, MY ELECTRICIAN, WHO I USE REGULARLY, HAD JUST BEEN IN MY ATTIC 3 WEEKS PREVIOUSLY TO DO SOME EXTENSIVE WIRING, AND HE MENTIONED NOTHING TO ME ABOUT SEEING RATS. HE RECENTLY WENT BACK UP THERE, and STILL SAW NO RATS, SURPRISE! SO, I FEEL THAT I WAS FLEECED, AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.
Description of Work: I HAD THEM TO COME OUT FOR SNAKE REMOVAL ON THE OUTSIDE OF MY HOUSE, AND TREATMENT.
