Great service, very dependable and responsive. No more critters in the attic, either!

Went o.k.

Pretty good for the most part. Our regular technician was "Guy" and every time we called him he was responsive and prompt. Some of the off hours crew were not as good, and we did end up having to watch, helplessly, as a baby squirrel became so distressed that it died, due to the weekend tech's failure to show up for several days. We caught at least one, sometimes two, squirrels each day, and other than the one incident, this company did arrive within a reasonable time and take the critters away (not sure what they do with them tho!) Two of the traps were placed on our roof in areas where the squirrels traveled, and one trap was located in a nearby tree. We caught squirrels in every trap at one time or another, so apparently this company knows what it is doing. Although Guy had advised in the beginning that a "squirrel family" can be as large as 30 or more animals, I did worry about the cost. In retrospect, it was all worthwhile. We are now "squirrel free" and our attic is quiet.

NOT IMPRESSED. THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES LATE. SUPPOSEDLY, HE WAS STRUCK IN TRAFFIC, BUT I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THIS UNTIL I CALLED THE OFFICE. WHEN HE FINALLY DID GET THERE, HE WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND THE SNAKE. HE THEN ASKED IF HE COULD GO INTO MY ATTIC, AND I INQUIRED AS TO WHY, SINCE I DID NOT NOTICE ANY SNAKES ON THE INSIDE OF MY HOUSE. HE TOLD ME THAT SNAKES ON THE OUTSIDE OF A HOUSE CAN SENSE RATS IN A HOME'S ATTIC AND WALLS??? HE THEN WENT UP IN MY ATTIC, AND TOLD ME THAT I HAD 4 OR 5 LIVE RATS IN MY ATTIC (EVEN THOUGH MY ATTIC HAS NOTHING IN IT). HE TOLD ME THAT NOW THAT THE FOOD SOURCE FOR THE SNAKES (THE RATS) HAD BEEN ELIMINATED, I NO LONGER NEEDED TO WORRY ABOUT SNAKES. NOW, MY ELECTRICIAN, WHO I USE REGULARLY, HAD JUST BEEN IN MY ATTIC 3 WEEKS PREVIOUSLY TO DO SOME EXTENSIVE WIRING, AND HE MENTIONED NOTHING TO ME ABOUT SEEING RATS. HE RECENTLY WENT BACK UP THERE, and STILL SAW NO RATS, SURPRISE! SO, I FEEL THAT I WAS FLEECED, AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

GREAT WORK, NOT INEXPENSIVE, BUT IT WAS A VALUE. I HAVE GREAT FAITH IN THEIR ABILITY, AND DID A GOOD JOB PATCHING THINGS TO PREVENT THE ANIMALS RETURNING.
