The end results look better than I had hoped. I could not be home when the work was being done so Randy took pictures and sent them to me during the process. I did not like an element I had requested and wanted it changed. Randy was very accommodating. He made the changes at a very minimal cost. I hope to have the opportunity to recommend Randy to my friends.

EXCELLENT Quality, EXCELLENT Experience.  Very clean during renovation.  Three day job and each time Randy left the area was neat and clean.  Did I mention he created a curved cover for my grilling area?!  It is Absolutely Beautiful!

He had the job done in 2 to 3 days. He was friendly and knowledgeable, a very nice guy.  He cleaned up after he was done and did a great job.  I would use him again and again. I would recommend him highly.

He was prompt and very professional.  Provided a reasonable estimate before the job.  He completed the job quickly and I'm very pleased with the work.

Randy was very professional and easy to work with, customizing it to my wishes and did an excellent job!  It looks like the patio was screened-in as part of the original home construction, just as he promised it would.  He was prompt and cleaned up afterwards.  I highly recommend Creative Covers!

We ran into several weather delays but Randy made sure I was contacted and keep up to date on when the patio would be
completed. Randy is very easy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.
He always showed up as promised and completed the job on the agreed timeline. 

Randy was on time for the scheduled appointment for the estimate. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. We had three estimates done and decided to go with Creative Covers even though he was a bit higher (not much) in price due to the way he presented himself, his company and his product. Work was done as promised, on time and when we were not yet moved here. On the day we arrived, he waited an hour for us to get here so he could make sure we were satisfied with our screened in porch. Would highly recommend Randy and Creative Covers in the future!

asked for an estimate for a patio cover to cover approx 140sq ft.   Representative came out and gave me an reasonable estimate and setup a date for installation after we discussed style and color.  Company arrived on time and installed patio cover with ceiling fan/light fixture in one day. very impressive.  Reps were very courtesous and prompt, cleaned up after themselves and explained any concerns I may have had.  i would recommend to any who would like a patio cover installed with minimum fuss.

Everything went beautifully from estimate to construction to finish. The price was competitive too. I got estimates from 5 other companies. It took three day for completion. Randy showed up early everyday and began work immediately.
