Excellent!

One of the screws on the Door Rail (the one attaching the door to the house) had been taken off inadvertently by some workers at my home and I wanted it to be repaired by someone who knows garage doors. Based on my past experience with Cowtown Door, I called them and asked them to come out and take a look at it. It was late in the day, so I agreed to an appointment the following day. Mike arrived before the stated arrival time and told me it was not too serious, but I asked him to make the repair since he had gone to the effort to come out. After reattaching the door rail to the home, he proceeded to lubricate and do other routine maintenance to the door, which I appreciated. I would definitely use Cowtown Door when it comes times to replace the door or the opener.

Ok. The door was installed by a sub contactor, however, he did an excellent job, the only gripe I have wth them is when I called a few months later looking for a roller for another door they never returned my call. I eventually bought one at Elkins Hardware in Saginaw and installed it myself. I may or may mot use them again. Today, service means NOTHING!!!!!!

Was able to get same day service on broken garage door springs.  Very professional and friendly.  Price was fair.  Would definitely use this company again for any garage door repairs.

We just moved into a our new (18 year old) home and needed new garage door openers installed. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism that I received when Mike installed my door openers and made unscheduled repairs to my (original)doors without charging extra. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and didn't try to upsell anything. I believe him to be an honest operator and will surely keep him on my call list. If anyone asks me for a good door company, his will be the number I give.

We have used Cowtown Floor Co before when our door came off of the tracks. Recently I messed up the remotes and Cowtown came out and reprogrammed all components for me at NO CHARGE. I would highly recommend this company - great customer service.

I was recommended by a Fort Worth police officer who I worked with. Before calling I found their website completely helpful. They have it set up so that the customer can see the different options to choose from. After I made up my mind on what I wanted I decided to give them a call. I was able to speak to the owners wife who was super nice and explained everything over the phone. She was quick in emailing me prices and additional details. Our garage door was the old wooden kind that are extremely heavy and we were wanting to upgrade. She explained to me that since it would have to be a custom cut garage door that it would be a little more pricey. It wasn't much more than the original quote. We were told it would take two weeks to get the custom garage cut but it came in a week early. Their worker came in and installed the door and hauled away our old one. He cleaned up after himself and was very careful not to damage our broken down car that we couldn't take out of the garage.

Highly recommend Cowtown Door Co.  The owner, Mike, went above and beyond to fix our garage door issues.  We called one day and were given a firm quote over the phone.  Our appointment was scheduled for the next day and Mike was punctual, even arrived a little early.  Fixed the problem quickly and even fixed the garage door remote button at no extra charge.  Have had no problems since.  Feel Mike is a very honest and upstanding person.   We even received a follow-up thank you letter from them that contained a list of garage door maintenance tips.  Would happily call and use his services again. 

I called Mike yesterday late in day to see when he could come out and install my new opener and to find out the cost. He told me he could be to my home around 10:00am the next day and quoted me for the job. Mike showed up exactly as scheduled, went right to work and had the job completed in a speedy amount of time. The price he quoted on the phone was exactly what I paid. Would definitely recommend this company and would call them first again for any garage door needs. Thanks Mike!!!

We are do-it-yourselfers and started to tackle this job on our own. However, we also know that it can be tricky without the right equipment and know-how. Then I remembered a friend telling me about Cowtown Door Co. and so I decided to just check and see what it would cost to get the door from them and have them install it. We had already priced them from the big box stores so when we found out the complete price for the door, hardware, and installation, this decision was a no-brainer! They promptly came out and had our new door up in no time! It looks and works great and we could not be happier! We highly recommend Cowtown Door Co. to others and will use them again if we ever have the need!

We were very happy with the repair of our garage door.  Once the springs were replaced, he gave us some hints/tips on keeping the door oiled and showed us all the places to check periodically.

Nice young man that owns the company came out. Said all that was wrong was I needed an adjustment. Did an adjustment & left. I couldn't be happier. I had another company out before Cowtown Door & was told I needed a new system!!

Easy call, gave a firm quote over the phone which is what I ultimately ended up paying for the service, very fast, punctual and haven't had any problems at all since the repairs were made.  Doesn't get much better or easier than that!

Mike was here a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time and had started work even before I got home. All of the work was done very professionally. I was going to buy openers from him and have them installed, but he suggested that there were very good deals on openers at one of the home improvement stores and he would install them for a flat rate (less than the home improvement store charges).
All prices quoted were tax included, so there was not the extra surprise in the price when the work was done.
I have since called to have broken springs on my daughter's door replaced and am having them done today. The arrangements were handled on saturday, when most shops are closed. 
I will certainly use them again in the future if the need arises, and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Mike came out after hours for the repair.  He showed up on time and not only fixed the door but he also  went back through it checking everything to make sure it was in excellent condition before he left.  He charged exactly what he quoted me over the phone and did not find any "additional issues" he arrived and saw the extent of the damage.  I can recommend him without hesitation.

I called about having garage door opener installed.  I was given the choice of purchasing the opener and having Cowtown install or purchasing the unit directly from them.  I selected the first option and found  the installer to be prompt, professional and did an excellent job.  He inspected the garage door while on the job, but never attempted to upsell.  I would use this firm again

This is my second time using Cowtown Garage Door - I'd originally used them back in 2010 to replace a broken spring for my garage door. I had the same company in mind for when the door finally gave out. It actually lasted 3 more years thanks to the service provided on the spring repair and tuneup.
We called Cowtown to find out their availability to replace our broken door, and they came out two days later. Over the phone, they told us the pricing of different options, and pointed us to their website where they have photos of all of the door options. The person handling the phone was knowledgable, courteous, and well-spoken. My wife and I were able to select the series of options we wanted in less than 10 minutes and called back to confirm the appointment and the details.
Mike came out and performed an exceptional job with the installation in under 90 minutes as well as the takeaway of the old door. For the price we paid we got the new door as well as the installation - no hidden fees.
What really makes the installation shine is the same level of quality Mike brings to the job everytime. Not only did he ensure every joint was sprayed with silicone at the end, he made sure there were no fingerprints and did an exceptional job installing seals around the perimeter of the frame.
If there was a grade higher than an A this company would get it from me. I can't recommend them strongly enough.

I called Cowtown Door Company on Friday morning, September 27th and described the issues that I was having with my garage door.  I received a quote of $75.00 to come out and re-align my door.  Mike, the owner, came out later on that morning and did a great job on the door.  He was prompt, friendly and very professional.  
I am definitely going to this company again. I highly recommend them.

Very nice and knowledgable installer.  Suggested battery back up on larger door and thank goodness he did, we had a gfi trip before we fully moved in and the back up made getting in possible.  Very quiet movement of the doors and quick response to the remotes.  Very good job overall, worth the price... which was less expensive than all others we called.

Gets out there when he says he will, he is honest and reminded me that it was under warranty and I got the work done for a good price. Cleans up his mess when he is finished. They are very helpful and nice to deal with.
