Country Meat Market Of Fort Worth

The staff was very helpful and professional. We had been looking for a butcher who would hang our beef so it would age and not short us the good cuts. They allowed us to watch them process our side of beef. It was packed properly in butcher paper. The steaks were cut to our instructions. They were patient with us each time we called with questions while we waited for our beef to age.  We have not been disappointed in any cut we have eaten so far. We will gladly purchase another side of beef from them. The pork ribs we purchased were a little more than the grocery store chains but they were well worth every penny.  We will not settle for grocery store meat again.
