I have been using Costco for the last 3 or 4 years for tires. This was my first visit. I kept going back because of the same price and professionalism. The workers were very nice and courteous.

We chose to purchase at Costco because the price was spectacular for a 3D television. They have a guarantee that provides additional technical support for a year. Their return program is also very liberal. They always carry high quality products. Their price is always so good.

Costco has a laissez-faire approach to selling computers. Basically, it pays to have comparison shopped before you go in there and to know exactly what you'd like to leave the store with! I found that it was feast or famine as to whether a salesperson would know anything about the computer I wanted, so I just took the cards down from above the computers and compared them to be sure I was getting the $400 cheaper price than I'd seen at another local store. No one stopped me and no one said a word. In the end I bought the computer and I'm thrilled with the return policy: 6 months to return it, no questions asked, and after that, the remaining manufacturer's warranty applies. The sign actually says they intend to have the best warranty in the business, and they do. I was very pleased with being left alone, but you have to want that in order to leave the store a happy camper.
