I was having major computer problems (graphics and blue screen issues) and decided to bring my computer to Chip.  I dropped it off at his place and he promptly called me 10 minutes later and told me what the problem was (faulty video card).  He had it quickly replaced and I picked up my computer 2 days later.  Everything worked fine after that.  It was my second time using Chip and both times I was satisfied with the service he provided.

I found Chip here on the list and gave him a call.  I took the laptop to him and he had it fixed the same day.  No more pop-ups and no more crashes.  And I can't believe how cheap it was.   I will definitely use him again.  Excellent service.

Two of my kid's laptops were running and couldn't even be logged into.  They both spent a lot of time on the internet and downloading various "cool" apps and tools.  They didn't realize that bloatware and other stuff gets loaded when they do that.
Chip was able to clean them up and bring them back to "like new" condition.  He also advised as to what software can be loaded to clean off bloatware so that I can try to keep them running like new.

Chip was fantastic.  I got his name from Angie's List, and contacted him by e-mail.  He gave me an estimate which seemed a whole lot more reasonable than buying a new laptop.  I took the laptop to him on a Sunday (before a Monday holiday), and he said it he would order the part and call me when done.  He contacted me on Thursday of the same week, and I picked it up the next day.  He not only fixed my problem, but he also did it reasonably priced, and  in a timely manner.. He was professional and pleasant throughout the transaction. I will definitely use him for computer repairs in the future, if I need any.  And, I highly recommend him!

 Thankyou Angies list another great recommendation from you . I am an older person and my computer skills are not very good, trying to learn and being careless somehow  both my desktop and laptop were loaded down with junk to the point

 of being unable to to access the internet. He the wonderful computer chip cleaned up both my machines with great patience, taught me a bunch of stuff, and installed an inexpensive extra protection,twenty four dollars, a one time shot on both machines. Chip is extremely professional. He was diligent in procuring the monitor for my laptop and kept me updated in the process. His rate was exceptionally competitive. I definitely recommend his services. He is polite, reliable, and easy to work with.

I have a couple virus programs that were not effective.  I called Chip and dropped off my computer with him. This is the second time I had used Chip's services.  A couple of days later he called and said my computer was fixed. There was not so much virus as there was operator error.
When I picked the computer he suggested some maintenance procedures that he said would eliminate the issues I that I had experience. Nice guy, knows his business I would recommend to anyone needed computer repair/service. He gave me a Angie's list discount.   jc

Chip came out to the house to help me unravel a mystery causing my computer to freeze and crash.  He ran some tests, looked over the error logs and made a couple of adjustments.  He. then, made some suggestions on changing my operating system from a 32-bit to 64-bit due to the amount of RAM required to run some of my programs. Once I upgrade and test everything out, if there are further issues, I will definitely be contacting this provider again.  Very nice, knowledgeable, young man and after speaking with him I have no doubt in

Initially, we figured that it would take 10 days or so to get the job done. But the first motherboard was DOA and had to be returned and replaced. A couple of other small issues arose (none due to any fault of Chip) which further delayed the completion. But Chip assured me that he was working diligently on it, and that I would be very happy with the final result.
After 2 1/2 weeks, I was starting to wonder if I'd ever see my new computer! Haha But then Chip called me...all was up and running well. He made arrangements to bring it out to my home (a significant distance away) so as to remove the hard drives and DVD drives from my old computer and install them in the new one as I requested.
OMG!! This new computer is AMAZING! It does everything I had hoped it would and much more! Chip was very patient about setting it all up exactly as I had asked and making certain that I understand what he was doing. He frequently asked if there wasn't something more that he could do for me. What a sweetheart of a fellow, and extremely knowledgeable as well.
All through this process he kept me very well informed via email and phone. His work is top notch and I cannot imagine having a better experience. I would not hesitate for one nanosecond to recommend Chip to everyone for their computer needs, whether you are looking for repair, advice or a totally new build.

Chip fixed my laptop problems and very gently gave me a few pointers about how to avoid future problems.  I'm hesitant to say too many nice things because I'm afraid he will get too busy to help little ol' ladies who probably shouldn'teven  have computers in the first place!

It is very good.  They provide good service and they are inexpensive.  I have no problems with them.  They did a good job and they seemed to know what they were doing.  I have used other computer companies before they were quite expensive.

After a couple of weeks working with online services, I found Chip. He told me what the problem was with the computer and that he could fix it,  how much it would cost, and how long it would take. He did everything he said he would, and fixed a couple of issues that he discovered in his repair. Nice guy, honest, fair prices, knows his business. Chip was punctual and called before arrival. He gladly removed shoes to enter home, which we consider necessary.
Set up the new operating system and really did a good job of tweeking the system to get maximum performance and efficiency.
Mr. Gowan is a young man is his thirties but has many years of real work experience with computers and computer systems and networks.
His knowledge of security options available to us was just what we needed.

Punctual, personable (for a geek), decent guy supporting his family. Chip knows his stuff and worked through a very knotty software problem that was on the verge of sending the comuter to recycling. Convenient, easy, lower cost than corporate competitors. I am happy to recommend him.
