They were professional and expedient

I hired this company to do a roof on an insurance claim. The first issue was the owner claimed 8 squares of shingles went missing making me feel like I was being accused of taking shingles that were delivered in my driveway the day before. The installers were making fun of a shade of green color I selected to paint a fence while they were installing the roof. The first storm that hit, this roof leaked like a sieve. Water POURED down inside my wall causing drywall damage and soaked into my dining room tile floor causing the grout to break and start crumbling out. The tiles now make crunching noises. They came out quickly to fix it and dumped and entire tube of black caulk in an area less than two feet. They installed flashing metal inside AND outside the drip edge. The installers were making fun of me in childish voices about calling in to complain that the roof leaked. I guess they didn't think I could HABLA. The owner came out and replaced that. He took down the white aluminum covering my eaves and dented it all up fixing the leak. He promised to have a metal guy come out and fix it but no one showed up on the promised date. The owner has not responded to the last two emails. There were two areas in my garage where LIGHT was showing through. They came out and did something to fix it and used brightly noticeable nails you can see from the street. They left shingles and other materials on my sidewalk and they are still there. I am soon to haul them to the street for trash pickup. I really regret hiring this company to do the work.

Job was done swiftly. Crew was very respectful of my yard. The clean up was great!

Five stars are not enough to rate this company. Compass not only installed my roof after the hailstorm but they work directly with all of the other sub-contractors to get me back to normal. I had glass/screen damage, gutter damage, masonry/brick damage and more. They are compassionate with the homeowner and most professional. I couldn't ask for better service.

Robert came out immediately and assessed my roof. By he doing that I knew my next step was to call Mt insurance. The ease of using docusign for the contract and credid card for deposit was most convenient for busy schedules. Work was completed timely and I'm very pleased with my new roof.

Compass Roofing arrived on time did an excellent job a thoroughly cleaned up when they had finished I would recommend this company to any other home owner

Scott was always ready to listen to what I was asking for and was able to not only meet my expectations, but go above and beyond anything I could think of. He came up with excellent options on everything, not just the roofing, but also French Drain, Guttering, and Carport Support and Repair. Robert at Compass Roofing did a great job. We did a full exterior remodel with a new roof, siding, trim and soffits. We used Robert's guy Edgar to do the exterior work and Compass did the roof. It came out great at a very reasonable price. I went with Compass because they are very knowledgabe friendly and didn't try to pressure me like all the other roofers. I would use them again for any construction project around the house.

This was the first phase of a three-phase project. The goal was to stop the roof leak that had caused interior wall damage. They quickly completed the job and corrected a roofing construction defect that had been present since the house was built. We had them perform a second phase of work as well which was replacing exterior trim, repairing the gables and repainting the house exterior.

Mark and Roby were outstanding to work with. They were the fastest to contact us, schedule a inspection and while they weren't the absolute lowest in price they were really close and the customer service we received throughout the process from the beginning is why we selected them. The job was an emergency and they made it happen in only 2 days after giving them the go. Most others said it would be a week. We liked them so much we went through through them for other construction to our home.

We are extremely pleased with all aspects of the project. Compass Roofing personnel were very helpful and accommodating. The roofers were careful and efficient.

I rate Compass Roofing 100 out of 100. The quality of work performed was superior. Robert was always super responsive and worked with the insurance company to make this process go as smoothly as possible. Instead of performing the bare minimum, the job was completed with a level of workmanship that quite frankly amazed me. In preparing my house to sell, Compass Roofing is the only contractor I hired that I would recommend to anyone.
