+ 2 moreConsiderable work was involved installing a drain in the floor for the tub, redirecting the water supply to the tub and the relocated vanity. Reinforcement of the ceiling was necessary where a hallway wall that was removed was found to be supporting structure.
Description of Work: The project involved turning a 1/2 bath into a full bath utilizing a walk in tub from Comfort Bathing Systems. In addition to that, 2 doorways had to be removed and replaced with 2 other doorways. Also, an outside window was removed and replaced with a door. In effect, 2 rooms and a bath were turned into a mother-in-law apartment.
