CNM Plumbing

It took 2 days for some one to contact me from the company, I set up an appointment on a Friday for the following Monday and no one showed up on the scheduled date. I contacted CNM Plumbing and they re-scheduled for the following day in the afternoon. The technician Mario showed up, told my wife it would cost $800 plus to have 10 minutes worth of work done. Mario was not very knowledgeable about sprinkler systems based on his comments, he told my wife we night have to have a rock bed installed in addition to the repairs. My wife new at that point this technician had no clue what they were talking about, since this was an existing sprinkler system that was installed when we built our house in the canyon falls community 3 years ago. The reason for the repair was to replace the broken back flow device that was damaged by our land scalping company. After my wife told the technician we would not be doing the repairs, we were charged a consultation fee of $49.00 for coming to our house. We contacted another plumbing company who pulled the permit and did the work for $250 and we were not charged a consultation fee. I was extremely disappointed in Angies List and will not use again after finding out the caliber of companies they allow to list on the site.
