The men were on time for the service appointment. They were friendly and courteous as they explained the procedure of air duct cleaning. They were also mindful of the house pets.

Two polite techs did a good job, although they didn't vacuum/dust up all fallen debris from ducts. Took longer than should have because one guy left for nearly an hour to get a different size tube that would reach into my attic. Total time from beginning to end was 4.5 hours. No receipt was left for me; said they would mail it.

Crew of two arrived on time, were polite, friendly, and professional. They thoroughly explained what they were going to do, and then did it. Did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. Took about 5-6 hours. Reasonably priced. Family-owned business. Would use them again, and will likely use them for one of their other services (upholstery cleaning).
