CinMaries came highly recommended by a few of our neighbors that had hardwood floor work completed. Unfortunately, we had the opposite experience. First off, the company has a major communication issue because we made it evident at the beginning that we were redoing the floor to seal the cracks between the boards to which they recommended a screen and coat with 1 coat of poly. We had the service done right before leaving on vacation so there were no issues with dry and cure times of the poly. We were gone for nearly 3 weeks before returning and maintained all proper A/C temperatures as if we had never left. When we returned it was immediately evident that the floor was done quite poorly. Here is a list of issues and most are pictured as well. There was poly on the white baseboards Chips all throughout the hardwood floors Brush bristles in the poly Other particles in the poly Missing poly in multiple places Poly bubbles throughout the floor that had to be scraped off but then left the spot missing poly Also, only part of a step had poly while the rest of the stop was never even completed and has the original poly on it. After finding all of these issues, I called the company and Cindi was extremely defensive saying that they did the floor correctly and that we never asked to have the cracks sealed. I attempted to take the high road and asked for them to come back out and give us ANOTHER quote to redo the floors the way we asked in the first place. When I got home, I found more evidence of sloppy labor and quality to which I texted her asking about all the issues that I was finding. Again Cindi got defensive and argumentative saying that she didn't know what I expected her to do about it and that the company has been doing this for a long time with no issues as if that means that they cant be at fault. Cindi refused to look at the issues, repair the issues, or refund any portion of the payments for them to redo our floor worse than it was, to begin with. If you are expecting quality work, look elsewhere.

"For one My company never even met [Member Name Removed] we met with his wife [Member Name Removed] which from the first meeting did not want to pay a lot because the previous company did a horrible job that should have been our clue to run But she wanted just a new coat of poly which in the estimate states what it does and doesn’t do so obviously husband still wasn’t involved We did not know he wanted his floors resand and finish so the problem really was they have a big communication problem between themselves our company doesn’t read the spouses mind And not one time did [Member Name Removed] ever say he wanted us to look at floors I received a text from [Member Name Removed] saying he was hiring another company to do what [Member Name Removed] wanted sand and finish which his wife didn’t she just wanted a new coat of poly A new coat of poly and a sand and finish are two different things and trust me we told Nora her options which she did not want the sand and finish The floors look absolutely beautiful"
