 + -1 moreMy negative perception about roofing contractors has been dispelled forever. The recent roof installed by CI Services was exemplary work and service and very cost effective. The contractor,Gary Ridge, provided excellent communication throughout the process And provided expert advice about what was absolutely needed. He went The extra mile to ensure that the new roof and vents were esthetically pleasing and matched the house design. The workers were considerate, courteous and respectful. There was minimal noise and they were thorough in the cleanup of the property and the work was completed in one day! This roofer also does excellent follow up. Three weeks after the installation, after a period of heavy rain, he called us just to ensure everything was OK. His business gets a ******* rating from me.
Description of Work: Roof replacement - removed the layers of old shingles from all 4 slopes of the home. Felt underlayment was installed, the chimney flashings were replaced, new flashing installed to divert water away from the wood trim. All PVC pipe flashings were replaced, and wind turbines were installed to provide better attic ventilation. New composition shingles were installed on all slopes of the roof. All upright roof pipes were painted to match shingle color. Clean up of the project area was completed when the project was finished, and all roof debris was removed to a recycling dump area.
