Excellent, Dales thorough inspection yielded over 50 pages of concise documentation throughout the home on a variety of issues; his report helped us lower the price during negotiations and saved us thousands in the end!

Dale was very helpful and knowledgeable from the first time I called him to get a quote all the way through to when I had questions after I received the inspection report. He delivered everything he said he would deliver. He performed a thorough inspection, knew what to look for and answered all of my questions. He took the time to walk me through the house after he finished the inspection to show me all of the areas of concern. He also pointed out what was positive about the house. He also made himself available after the inspection to answer any questions about the report for me, my agent and the seller. The report was over 40 pages long and included photographs as well as specific details on all areas of inspection. They even provided a thermal evaluation and report that tested the windows ability to insulate the house. Everyone from Chubby Hubby inspections wore protective shoe coverings in the house and were very careful to keep things neat and clean. I really appreciated this and I know the seller did as well. I would hire Chubby Hubby again and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a home inspection.
