I knew that I needed to repair my bath tub\shower plumbing and replace the wood floor in one of the two bathrooms.  Charlie gave me a quote for both bathrooms but also told me where I could save money and improve my bathrooms before his first quote.  He recommended the place to find the best tile and prices and the best fixtures.  He and his helpers worked quickly but also discussed Christian topics.  He kept one bathroom available by finishing one room before working on the other. He made small improvements at no extra cost such as soap dishes using wall tiles, clear silicon in places where white silicon does not look good.  He told me that shower doors are not as good as an arched shower rails and curtains due to the increase in showering area and getting into and out of the shower.  He told me about glass blocks to replace the window in the shower.  After the work began, he added to the project the following: 1. Raised the upstairs showerhead 13 inches 2. Tiled the lower part of the bathtub in both bathrooms 3. Placed tile instead of baseboard around the walls downstairs from a past project 4. Placed a raindrop shower head in the center of the downstairs shower (WOW) 5. Tiled more area above the shower to improve the appearance and protect the walls 6. Tiled a small area outside my main entrance 7. Cleaned up everything to look like new construction  The net increase in cost after savings was about $260.

Subsequent to completing the work we noticed a leak coming from the water filter and called Charlie. He came out to tighten the fittings but the leak persisted. We called again and he initially responded to us - he was out of town on a job and we stated that the issue was not urgent and to call us when he got back to town. Charlie never called so we called again - leaving multiple voice mails over several weeks. We haven't heard from Charlie since.
