They needed car for 2 days. They took me home. Then picked me up the next day and explained everything they did. I was impressed. I felt they weren't trying to take advantge of my age. No pressure.

Our experience was good. We were happy. Maybe, they were a little pricey, but other than that, I think they did good work. We did not have any other problems with it after that. They took care of everything first time. They were very professional and I was happy with that.

It has been really good.

They were very polite, punctual, and did a great job. They dropped me off at my home and came back to get me when the work was completed. I knew I needed a brake job, and they inspected and notified me of what needed to be done. They also found that the and quot;strayingand quot; was caused by a broken strut. They recommended replacing that as well. The work was done when they said it would be - the brakes work great and the car isn't 'straying' anymore. I'll definitely use them again.

A couple weeks ago the front left turn signal on our truck stopped working. The guys at Christian Brothers looked into it when they changed the oil, and didn't charge us anything for it. Unfourtunately, they couldn't find the problem and suggested we have them run the diagnostic test (which is usually $70 or $80), but they only charged us $50 for it. We brought the truck back about a week later (didn't have to opportunity to do so before)and they were able to get us in and have everything done (including replacing the wire) within 4 hours. There always seem to be cars there getting work done, but they have always been able to fit us in whenever we need it. Over all we are very pleased with their services.

On schedule, on time, and no surprises.

I've used two different locations and they've both been absolutely fabulous. It's one of the places women can take their cars and they don't try to cheat you or get you to do something you don't need. They are very reputable and very good. They are the nicest people. They have a shuttle service so when you drop off your car they will run you home and they'll pick you up to come get your car. They do a fantastic job. I'm really pleased. I've dealt with other places and since I'm a woman they thought I was stupid; that really ticks me off. Christian Brothers doesn't do that. They act like I actually have a brain in my head. Before they work on my car they come out and tell me what's going on. Then they ask me what I want to do. They don't automatically fix it and then say "here's your bill." I have my daughter take her car there when she's in town. I would give them an A+. If there is one near you, try them because they are really super.

Suggested service was too expensive. Declined having it done.

My wife and I pulled into a convenient store probably about 50 miles away from the house where we live. When we came back the car would not start so we called them and they suggested that we wait and try again. They gave us advice on what to do and told us if it still does not work to have it towed over and they would take care of it. We actually could not get it started but after waiting for an hour it did get started again. We took it right to them and they took it right away, got it scheduled and got it taken care of. We have been long time customers there and we have got everything done from oil change to transmission replacement. They are very honest, very sincere and we don't even consider going to the dealership anymore.

I dropped my car off after hours and they called first thing the next morning and let me know just the front two shocks/struts needed to be replaced and gave me a price. I told them to go ahead with the work and they called when it was completed. They will even give you a ride to and from home/work.

They are consistent and do regular checks. They ensure your car is in good shape. They also do work on brakes and tires. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

Very friendly, professional, a little pricey, clean. The problem with the sensor in my Honda persisted but these guys checked it over and over and finally repaired it after about 5 visits -no extra charge! They also have a shuttle to take you to work!
