Located Chester McGowan in telephone book to build us a patio. He came and gave us a quote and our neighbors. Seemed very professional..turned out to be a SCAM. Our neighbor and I gave him $3,750 each for half of the quoted price. Once he had the money we never saw him again. Many attempts to get our money back failed. We filed a law suit against him and won, but since he knows how to not have anything in his name we were unable to get our money. I filed charges with the Tarrant County District Attorney office where he was found quilty of our charges. Unfortunately he was already in prison for credit card freud, so our charges ran concurrent with his existing prison term. We have never received the return of our money. He is now out of prison and has his company back on the internet. He also has a MINISTRY it can be located at Chester McGowan King Court ministy web site. This man lied to us, stole from us, and cheated us our of money. Totally dishonest.
