I told him I was not in a hurry because I knew he had a big project going on but he?d still do it while he had other work going on. I started to have trouble with him, he was not supervising the workers although he had promised he would. I had to disconnect fire alarm because it went off every time I cooked. I was trying to do dishes without a sink. I had to call another plumbing company because I had so many plumbing problems from him. The sink plumbing had to be completely redone. He didn?t install my stove or my venting properly and had to have them both reinstalled. The biggest problem that I had is he put in a concrete counter top and it was an absolute disaster. He did not mix the paint with the concrete and then tried to paint on top of it after he laid the concrete, which ended up peeling off and damaging my new cabinets. I had another contractor come and look at the work he did and he informed me of all the issues I needed to fix. After the project was supposed to be completed I emailed him and he responded with a list of projects he would need more money for, after I had already paid him. I was so upset so I left it alone and may end up taking him to small claims court.
