I can't say enough positive things about the work Charles has done for me.  As an investor, it's important for me to find craftsmen that do excellent work, are trustworthy, AND affordable.  Charles is all that.  In each home I've had him do more and more, in large part because I know I'll get a great job at a great price.  Charles has been easy to reach; if I leave a message he returns my call quickly. He shows up when he says he will.  I've seen him work with 2 different helpers, depending on the job, and they were both quiet, respectful, and hard-working.  Charles shows up with all the tools he needs, stays organized, and works to keep things as neat as possible because he knows I hate a mess, even during construction.  Charles is happy to do the job whatever way I want it done, but the times I've been able to coax an opinion from him, and went with his suggestion, it turned out so much better than the idea I originally had. I never would have rebuilt a shower without him on board.  He took a nearly 60 year old small, blue shower and turned it into a larger, modern shower.  It is very impressive, as well as the beautiful kitchen floor and backslash.  Charles has stuck with his pricing.  He has been honest, more than fair, easy-going, and trustworthy.  He hauls off the debris for me too.  While he will remove toilets and baseboards, he does not replace them, I have other people do that.  I provided the materials and he will pick them up if I need him to.  I will continue to use Charles for my tile work, as soon as next month, in my next house.
