Cooking Classes
All of their branches here offer cooking classes. Their prices range anywhere from $40 to $70 depending on what the event is. What I like is that they get fantastic visiting chefs from all around the country and their in-house cooking school people are really good. Over time, one can actually volunteer there and get free classes, which is really cool. So it is successful really to everybody and not just the beginners. They have two different kinds of classes; one is the hands on class, where the class number is about fifteen or less where one gets to cook with supervision and those are typically with the cooking school staff. Then the guest staff offers demo classes where they cook and demonstrate how to do various techniques and flavor combinations. They have mirrors and cameras at the cooking stations so that one can see everything that they are doing. At classes, if one cooks something, one gets to take it home and if one observes, one gets to sample all the things that the staff cooks. Usually they provide companion wines and champagne but if one doesn't want to drink that, they have tea or water.

They have cooking classes for kids. They have great classes. They have different types for example Christmas dinners, they taught me how to make it and then we eat it. I have done a lot of them. I would use them again.

The woman who took my order was confused and slow to get my order, but the rest of my experience was ideal. I will definitely go back. The cake was ready when I'd asked for it. Also, it was beautiful, and delicious!

I HAD ALWAYS USED ANOTHER LOCAL BAKERY, BUT I WAS NOT AS SATISFIED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THE LAST TIME I USED THEM. AS A RULE, I AM NOT A FAN OF SUPERMARKET BAKERIES. HOWEVER, THE EMPLOYEES AT CENTRAL MARKET WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE MY SPECIAL CAKE EXACTLY AS I REQUESTED, CARING GENUINELY ABOUT THE FLAVORS AND DOWN TO THE LAST DECORATING DETAIL! THEY NOW HAVE ALL MY BAKERY BUSINESS! GREAT JOB!
