The dealer was very nice to work with. They were very responsive to changing requirements. The installers were great. They kept the area clean and did a great job. My only problem was that i feel that the laminate is of poor quality. One year later it is showing signs of severe wear in areas. I feel the provider should have warned me about what might happen and steered me to a more durable material. I wont be able to afford a replacement for many years to come thus i will have to live with very substandard quality and dimished appearance for many years to come.

The salesman was helpful and friendly in making my selections and writing up the quote. The installation was done in stages. The installation was scheduled within a three week window. Both of the crews were very courteous and left the work area clean.
